Elon Musk’s xAI Partners with Kalshi to Integrate Grok AI for Prediction Markets

Elon Musk’s xAI has officially integrated its Grok 4 AI model with Kalshi, a regulated prediction platform, marking one of the first commercial deployments of the advanced natural language system outside X’s ecosystem. The collaboration, announced in May 2025, went live this week with full Grok 4 functionality on Kalshi’s trading interface.

Grok 4 will process breaking news, historical data, and social sentiment from X (formerly Twitter) to generate real-time analysis for traders. The AI focuses on high-impact events—Federal Reserve decisions, elections, geopolitical shifts—delivering contextual insights alongside traditional market data. Dedicated engineering teams from both companies ensured seamless integration.
